The event will run from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Missouri Theatre Center for the Arts.
On With The Show
Review the vision and plans for action and implementation report, discuss plans for a vision commission, provide feedback and sign up to help move the vision forward.

Classes are held at the Sanford-Kimpton Building , 1005 W. Worley (corner of West Blvd. & Worley Street ) in the Community

Food handler cards are $5.00 and are good for three years from date of class. Card is transferable to any food service facility in Columbia . Registration
will begin 1 hour before class starts, $5.00 fee (cash or check only) is collected at registration.
Classes begin promptly at 2:00 and 6:00. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Seating capacity is limited to 120, on a first come,
first
served basis. Class will close when maximum capacity of 120 has enrolled.
A food handler certificate must be obtained within 30 days of initial employment in the food service industry in the City of Columbia, Missouri. Duplicates
are $2.00 and renewals are $5.00 and issued during regular office hours at the Health Department.

The Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a park planning meeting for the proposed improvements to Rock Quarry Park, which include the addition of basketball and tennis courts. Park planners will present preliminary concept plans and solicit comments from interested parties. The meeting will be held from 6:00pm - 7:00pm on site near the restrooms at Rock Quarry Park, 2002 Grindstone Parkway. The Mid Missouri Solid Waste Management District strongly encourages the reusing, refurbishing and recycling of electronic wastes. Color computer monitors contain lead and should not be landfilled. Toxic materials are found in other electronic waste.
Members of the Central Missouri Astronomical Association will have high-power telescopes set up and ready for you to view the stars above Lake of the Woods Golf Course. Free.
