(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Community Development Department is hosting an important focus group on March 13. The Neighborhood Needs Focus Group event will be held on Thursday, March 13 at the Blind Boone Center, 301 N. Providence Rd., from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The purpose of this event is to obtain input on neighborhood needs such as streets, sewers, sidewalks, and infrastructure projects.
Information collected during this event will be used to inform the Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a document required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), designed to help guide communities on directing the federal dollars they receive.
