Custodial and Maintenance Services provides custodial services to the City Hall Building, Howard Building, Gentry Building, Gates Building and City Hall Annex. 

Building maintenance for these facilities as well as all fire stations, Grissum Building, Walton Building, Fire and Police Building and other City facilities is provided.  Crews provide general maintenance which includes all electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and structural maintenance as required.

Snow removal services at the City Hall, City Hall Annex, Gentry and Howard Buildings and security for the Daniel Boone Building during evening meetings are additional services provided by Custodial and Building Maintenance.
