Thanks for visiting the Columbia Police Department web site. I appreciate your interest in learning more about your police department.

We live in a time of transition, not only within our police department, but as well in our city. The familiar comfort of that small town feel known by so many has given way to the growing pains of a major, progressive city, the fifth largest in Missouri.

Columbia is a very desirable place to live, and many are choosing it for their home. Your police department strives to be the best we can be, and in partnership with you, our "bosses." You determine largely whether we're successful. We need your help, your support, and your trust. We'd love to hear from you.
