The 57.2-acre subject property is located on the west side of S Rolling Hills Road, 1,700 feet south of E Richland Road.

The subject site is located on the east side of Sinclair Road, approximately 150 feet north of Muirfield Drive, and extends eastward to the western terminus of Southampton Drive.
