Chapter 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 4-16 Selling to drunkards and minors.
No person shall sell or supply or permit another to sell or supply any alcoholic
beverage to a
habitual drunkard or to any person who is under or apparently under the influence of alcohol. No
person shall give, sell or otherwise supply any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of
twenty-one (21), except that this shall not apply to the supplying of any alcoholic beverage to a
person under such age for medicinal purposes only, or by the parent or guardian of such person,
or to the administering of any alcoholic beverage to such person by a physician.
