Section 27-118 Same--Fuel adjustment allowance.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 16185 on 09/20/1999, Section 27-118 read as follows.
(a) The monthly rate charge will be average annual cost per kwh above or below 3.50 3.25
cents per kilowatt hour. In determining the fuel adjustment allowance under the formula set forth
above, the energy cost shall be the sum of the following:
(1) Average cost of fuel in the city's generating plant
based on the net kilowatt hour
generated in the city's plant;
(2) Cost of purchased energy based on the net kilowatt
hour purchased;
(3) The monthly capacity costs (including the demand
cost of purchased power) less the
amount billed under special contract rates.
