Section 13-55 Fees.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17347 on 06/17/2002, Section 13-55 read as follows.
(a) The following table of fees shall apply to this article:
(1) Application or reapplication and testing . . . .
$10.00 15.00
(2) Written or shooting retest . . . . 5.00 10.00
(b) Failure of the written or shooting tests shall require retesting. Failure
of both tests shall
require reapplication and successful testing prior to issuance of a license.
(c) All fees shall be paid in advance and no fee shall be refundable.
