Section 13-188 Only licensed waste hauler to engage in removal.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17636 on 04/07/2003, Section 13-188 read as follows.
It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, haul, convey
or carry on or over the streets of
the city, any contents of privies, contents of septic tanks
,
or
manure
or garbage
, unless licensed
as a waste hauler, according to the provisions of this article.
