Section 13-161 Same--Appeal procedure.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19518 on 05/07/2007, Section 13-161 read as follows.
Any person aggrieved by the denial of a private detective's license shall have
the right to
appeal the denial to the city council
decision pursuant to the procedure for appealing a license
denial in section 13-31
. The appeal shall be taken within ten (10) days after notice of denial. The
city council shall act upon the appeal at its next regular council meeting.
