Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19442 on 03/05/2007, Section 12A-92 read as follows.
As built construction drawings that show the final design specifications
and are certified by a
professional engineer are required on all permanent stormwater management facilities. The as
built drawings must be submitted before city approval or acceptance of the facilities.
